BODYATTACK ™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.

Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. It uses low-impact flexibility movements to help connect the mind and body whilst focusing on breathing correctly. A slightly more intense class than Yoga.

Virtual RPM 30 mins - Your instructor will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and endurance rides whilst working to the pumping music. As a group you will reach your cardio peak and then ease back down with the Les Mills trainers.
