If you want the latest in innovative training, we have a range of cutting-edge classes including Les Mills, B:Functional and MetaFit. If you prefer traditional classes we also offer Yoga, Aqua, Group Cycle and much more. All fitness classes are complimentary with your membership and classes vary depending on club.

B:core-fit - Attack your abs and core using a mix of floor and functional training. This class will focus on abdominals and core strength to flatten your tummy or get that six pack!
B:strong - Tone up and boost explosive strength with slam balls, kettlebells and sand bags. B:strong will boost explosive strength using all over body exercises and functional equipment.
B:conditioned - Sculpt a lean body with Bosu’s, battle ropes and the Omnia rig. This class will burn a lot of calories and tone with high intensity interval training.
We work in partnership with the world-leading group fitness brand Les Mills to provide you with a whole range of fantastic exercise classes taught by our Bannatyne professionals. We have everything Les Mills from BodyCombat to RPM, BodyAttack to CX Worx. Virtual classes are also available at selected clubs for the ultimate convenience, with both scheduled and ‘on-demand’ slots available to suit you.

Metafit is a 30 minute body-weight training class that boosts metabolism for up to 24 hours, so you can even burn fat in your sleep! This high intensity interval training (HIIT) class puts your body to the test and pushes you out of your comfort zone.
With new programs being added all the time, you will never fail to be challenged and reap the rewards of Metafit. As this is a no equipment class, all levels of fitness and capabilities are welcome.
One of the most ancient forms of exercise, Yoga is a gentle practice employing precision exercises, breathing & relaxation as a means of enhancing the union of the mind & body. Benefits include toning muscles, increases flexibility, stimulating the nervous system and helping to correct postural imbalances.
Whatever your yoga style, we offer Ashtanga, Hatha, beginners and intermediate classes at selected clubs, so you can choose one that suits you.
Join in the fun in this fabulous water-based workout designed to suit all abilities. A total body workout incorporating equipment such as noodles and aqua gloves for added resistance against the water, this class will leave you feeling like you have worked hard whilst increasing your energy levels.
Aqua aerobics, aqua tai chi and aqua care for seniors are also available at selected clubs, offering a fantastic selection of low intensity water based workouts to suit all abilities.
Inspired by the traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and merengue music he grew up with, the creator of Zumba Beto paired his favourite pulsating Latin rhythms with the red-hot international dance steps his clients loved and Zumba Fitness (Spanish slang for ‘to move fast and have fun’) was born!
Zumba is accessible to everyone and is designed to bring people together, have fun and get your sweat on! Available at selected clubs.
