StartSmart is a 12-week support programme, during which time our trainers will provide guidance and expertise.
You will also receive top tips along the way to improve your fitness and wellbeing.

Tell us what you want to achieve.
Your coach will help you understand the best way forward in order to reach your goals.

Body Composition. 
We will provide you with your own personal InBody report. 
This will help you to understand more about your body - specifically your weight, muscle and fat levels.   

Heart Health.
We use the MZ-fitness test to evaluate your heart rate recovery after a specific level of aerobic activity.
This is a great indicator of your heart health.

Movement.
We will look at how well you perform 7 key movements so we can help you improve how you move in everyday life.

Key touchpoint dates will be booked to suit you, in which your progress is reviewed in a friendly and supportive manner.  

As well as providing you with key information to make any positive changes and to allow time for discussing any concerns or raising any additional requirements.

HealthSmart is a complimentary member service, delivered by our coaches to assist with improving overall fitness over a six week period. The programme starts with a 45-minute programme in which we understand more about you. 

Let’s take a look at your general well-being.
We establish your current perception of your wellbeing with our Wellness Profile.

Body Composition.
We will use our InBody analyser to score your Body Composition, which can help you reach your goals more effectively.

Resistance Programme.
Safely improve joint health and function using our specified equipment.

Track your activity.
Use this activity tracker to help balance your exercise between Cardiovascular, Strength and ‘Mind and Body’ activities.
