You can freeze your membership quickly and easily by visiting your Member Portal and select Manage Account.
We allow memberships to be frozen for between 1 and 6 months at a charge of £10.00 per month. All freeze requests should be made no later than the 20th of the month to take effect form the 1st of the following month. If you are within a minimum term contract or prepaid agreement, your membership will be extended by the period of the freeze.
