Spring mushroom and soft ducks egg with béarnaise sauce
Dressed crab, brandy sauce, lettuce, tomato, melba toast
Duck liver paté, pickled English vegetables
Three ways mackerel, pickled vegetables and chicory salad

In the Middle

Ballotine of Spring lamb, sun dried tomatoes, spinach, seasonal vegetables, cheesy courgette gratin and rosemary scented jus
Braised artichoke hearts, Spring mushroom duxelles, red quinoa and soft poached egg
Sea bream en papillote, wilted spinach, lemon mash potatoes and beurre blanc
Venison and red wine hot pot, pomme anna and green salad
Pan roast baby chicken, season vegetables and red wine jus

To Finish

Rhubarb and custard trifle, roasted coconuts and short biscuit
Grand marnier chocolate fondue with fresh strawberries and marshmallows
Ginger treacle tart, oriental ginger and vanilla ice cream
