Our Hotel Reception is staffed 24 hours a day. To contact Reception from your Bedroom, please dial (0). Between 9.30pm and 6.30pm, please dial (9) 01325 365858
The Bar is open from 10am for Soft drinks and hot beverages and serving alcohol from 11am. All drinks will be table service and all bills to be charged to bedrooms. Please ensure you bring your key card and slip with you. No Room Service tray charges will be charged during this time.
A hearty breakfast is served from 7am until 945am Monday to Friday and 8am until 10am Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays in Maxine's Bar & Restaurant. Room Service is available each morning, ideally please contact Reception on "0" the evening before with order and requested time. No Room Service tray charges during this time. Bedrooms are to be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure or an additional charge may be incurred. All invoices we will emailed on morning of departure. If the invoice is correct please drop key in Express Check Out Box located in main lobby. Any queries please contact Reception on “0”.
Dinner will be served in Maxine's Bar & Restaurant daily from 5pm until 9pm. Room Service is available by dialing "0" to reception. View the Dinner Menu by clicking here.
Please make yourself aware of Fire Exits and emergency procedures on arrival.
In the event of a fire, raise the alarm by breaking the glass in the nearest fire alarm call point. Please follow the fire exit signs for the nearest exit. The assembly point is in the car park at the rear of the Hotel car park. Please DO NOT stop to collect your valuables or return to your room.
HEALTH CLUB AND SPA
In Line with Government Guidelines the Health Club and Spa are currently closed.
Heating can be controlled by the thermostatic valve on your radiators.
Our Housekeeping team work daily between 9.00am and 3.00pm. We have supplied a Door Hanger - should you wish to have your room serviced please place this on the outside of the door. If you don’t require your bedroom serviced during your stay but require further amenities please contact Reception on “0” who will be more than happy to assist.
Your bedroom is equipped with a plasma television (incorporating Freeview channels and digital radio), hospitality tray, fan, hair dryer and ironing facilities.
Emergency disposable toiletries are available to purchase from Reception.
We operate a NO SMOKING and NO VAPING (E Cigarettes) policy throughout the hotel. A fine of £100 is payable by guests who disregard this policy as we may be unable to let rooms afterwards.
There is a designated smoking area outside of the hotel on the terrace.
