To enter, you must submit the online competition entry form. The competition closes at 23.59 hrs on 31 August 2018. Entrants must be 18 years or over. Only one entry per person (or up to 4 if you get extra entries by liking us on social media). We shall reserve the right to disqualify any entry if, in our reasonable opinion, we believe that the entrant has submitted an excessive number of entries. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged. Incomplete, damaged or illegible entries, or those entries that are not in accordance with these terms will be disqualified.
The winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries by an independent person at Bannatyne Head Office, Darlington on or after 3 September 2018 and the winners' names will be published on Facebook thereafter. We will also contact the winners by phone as soon as possible thereafter. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, or a winner does not meet the eligibility requirements (or these terms and conditions), it may result in forfeiture of the prize (without further liability to that entrant) and a new winner will be drawn. The name of the winners will also be made available on request in writing to Bannatyne Head Office, Power House, Haughton Road, Darlington, Co Durham DL1 1ST.

The prize does not include accommodation, travel, drinks, any other food not listed above, use of health club facilities or any other expenses. Each winner is liable for any additional charges incurred by that winner and/or his/her guests. The prize must be redeemed between 30 November and 9 December 2018. All bookings are strictly subject to availability. There is no cash equivalent prize, the prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and three prizes (one at each hotel) are available nationwide. No purchase necessary. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
Entry to the competition constitutes the entrant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions and their agreement to be bound by them. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, then entrants should not enter this competition. Any winner and their guests will also be bound by the hotel rules. Bannatyne reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the prize at any time. If there is any dispute about an entry or any other aspect of the competition, this will be decided by Bannatyne. Bannatyne’s decisions in relation this competition (whether or not covered by these terms and conditions) shall, once made, be final and binding. No further correspondence will be entered into.
The competition is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.
