*These terms and conditions govern the cancellation retraction request that we have recently received from you.
By submitting your request to retract your membership cancellation, you are re-committing to a 12-month membership with Bannatyne. The membership fees for the first 3 months of this membership will be discounted by 30%. Thereafter, the membership fees for the subsequent 9 months will be payable by you at the full membership price.
This offer is for all Bannatyne Health Clubs nationally, excluding Just Fitness.
Please note that in order to benefit from this offer, a total of 12 months minimum membership must be fulfilled by you.
Your recent notification to cancel your membership is currently scheduled for the 1st of the month following the one in which the notification was received. However, by agreeing to the terms of this offer and submitting your request to retract your termination, you will enter into a new twelve month agreement. Therefore, your next monthly membership fee payment will be reduced by 30%, as will the membership fees for the following 2 months thereafter.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The offer is promoted by Bannatyne Fitness Limited of Power House, Darlington, Co. Durham, DL1 1ST and is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.
