Terms and Conditions - Promotion - 24th - 31st August 2023

Members who join participating clubs online or in-club before midnight on 31st August 2023 will be entitled to the following offer:

Join now and receive 100% off the joining fee and 50% off September 2023 subscriptions. 

The participating clubs are all Bannatyne Health Clubs nationally, excluding Just Fitness.

Eligible members who select a direct debit membership shall have the joining fee waived in full and September 2023 subscriptions reduced by 50%.

On joining via direct debit, the member will pay 50% of September 2023 subscriptions and any remaining August 2023 subscriptions.

Thereafter on direct debit options, the membership fees for October 2023 onwards will be collected by monthly direct debit.

The offer is available to all types of membership (except corporate memberships and pre-paid). 

Eligible members joining on Prepaid options will receive 100% off the joining fee.

If you join on a 12-month membership and cancel your membership within the first 12 months, you shall be liable for any fees that were waived as part of this offer. Such fees will be deducted from any monies returned to you or, if none are due, we reserve the right to request that you repay such fees owed on demand. If you join on a 1-month membership, (where applicable) the earliest you may end the contract between us is by providing 1 full calendar month’s notice on 1st October 2023.

If you join on a 3-month membership, you must also ensure you provide 1 full calendar month’s notice should you decide to cancel your membership. After your first 3 months, your direct debit will continue to be claimed until this notice has been received.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The offer is promoted by Bannatyne Fitness Limited of Power House, Darlington, Co. Durham, DL1 1ST and is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.

By taking up the offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All members will also be bound by the membership terms and conditions and the club rules.
