Terms & Conditions - MYZONE MZ-SWITCH Competition

To enter, you must submit the online competition entry form. The competition closes at 23.59 hrs on 31st May 2021. Entrants must be 16 years or over. Only one entry per person. We shall reserve the right to disqualify any entry if, in our reasonable opinion, we believe that the entrant has submitted an excessive number of entries. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged. Incomplete, damaged or illegible entries, or those entries that are not in accordance with these terms will be disqualified.

 The competition is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members. The competition organiser is Bannatyne Fitness Limited, Power House, Haughton Road, Darlington, Co Durham DL1 1ST with registered company number 03287770 (“Bannatyne”). Any notices required to be given in relation to this competition should be sent to this address.

 The prize will be drawn at random from all eligible entries by an independent person at Bannatyne Head Office, Darlington on or after 1st June 2021 and the winner will be contacted thereafter. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, or the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements (or these terms and conditions), it may result in forfeiture of the prize (without further liability to that entrant) and a new winner will be drawn. The name of the winner will also be made available on request in writing to Bannatyne Fitness Limited, Power House, Haughton Road, Darlington, Co Durham DL1 1ST.

 The prize is a MYZONE MZ-WATCH. There is no cash equivalent prize, is non-transferable, non-refundable and only one prize is available nationwide.  

The winner agrees to participating in reasonable post-competition publicity, which may include publication of their name(s) and photos on Bannatyne marketing, social media, Bannatyne’s website or other marketing literature. By entering, you acknowledge that Bannatyne will use your data in this way. Bannatyne may also use this data to contact you about future offers and promotions, or news. All electronic communications will include details of how to opt out of future communications. If you wish to opt out of all marketing communications, please contact us via our website. Bannatyne will never sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law.

 Entry to the competition constitutes the entrant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions and their agreement to be bound by them. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, then entrants should not enter this competition. Any winners will also be bound by the club rules and the club membership terms and conditions. Bannatyne reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the prize at any time. If there is any dispute about an entry or any other aspect of the competition, this will be decided by Bannatyne. Bannatyne’s decisions in relation this competition (whether or not covered by these terms and conditions) shall, once made, be final and binding. No further correspondence will be entered into.
