Terms & Conditions - England Rejoin - July 2021

Members who join participating clubs online or in-club before midnight 31st July 2021 will be entitled to the following offer:

No joining fee and August 2021 half price.

The participating clubs are: all English Bannatyne Health Clubs excluding Tower 42.

Eligible members who select a 1 or 12-month direct debit membership shall have August subscriptions reduced by 50%. On joining, the member will pay no joining fee.

Anyone joining before 31st July will pay the rest of July subscriptions and 50% of August subscriptions upfront, with first direct debit payment commencing September 1st.

If you join on a 12-month membership and cancel your membership within the first 12 months, you shall be liable for any fees that were waived as part of this offer. Such fees will be deducted from any monies returned to you or, if none are due, we reserve the right to request that you repay such fees owed on demand.

If you join on a 1-month membership, the earliest you may end the contract between us is by providing 1 full calendar months’ notice. You must complete a full paying month via direct debit September 1st 2021 and can cancel October 1st 2021 onward with a full calendar months notice. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The offer is promoted by Bannatyne Fitness Limited of Power House, Darlington, Co. Durham, DL1 1ST and is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.

By taking up the offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All members will also be bound by the membership terms and conditions and the club rules.
