To enter, you must comment on the Bannatyne Hotel Darlington's Competition post on either Facebook or Instagram before midnight 17th May 2024.
Your comment must tag three people you would like to bring with you and you must also like the Bannatyne Hotel Darlington Facebook or Instagram page and like and share the competition post. The competition closes at 23:59 on 17th May 2024. Entrants must be 18 years or over and be UK resident. Only one entry permitted per person. We shall reserve the right to disqualify any entry if, in our reasonable opinion, we believe that the entrant has submitted an excessive number of entries. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged. Incomplete, damaged, inappropriate or illegible entries, or those entries that are not in accordance with these terms will be disqualified.
The prize is a 3-course meal from our Early Bird menu for 4 people. Booking is required.
The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries by an independent person at Bannatyne Head Office, Darlington on or after 18th May 2024 and the winner will be contacted thereafter. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, or the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements (or these terms and conditions), it may result in forfeiture of the prize (without further liability to that entrant) and a new winner will be drawn. The name of the winner will also be made available on request in writing to Legal Department, Bannatyne Fitness Limited, Power House, Haughton Road, Darlington, DL1 1ST.
