Terms & Conditions - BFREE promotion - 26th - 31st July 2021

Members who join participating clubs online or in-club before midnight 31st July 2021 will be entitled to the following offer:

No Joining Fee and August Half Price using promotion code BFREE.

The participating clubs are all Bannatyne Health Clubs excluding Tower 42.

On joining, direct debit memberships shall pay July pro rata subscriptions upfront and August subscriptions is reduced by 50%.

If you join on a 12-month membership and cancel your membership within the first 12 months, you shall be liable for any fees that were waived as part of this offer. Such fees will be deducted from any monies returned to you or, if none are due, we reserve the right to request that you repay such fees owed on demand.

If you join on a 1-month membership, the earliest you may end the contract between us is by providing 1 full calendar months’ notice on September 1st. You must complete a full paying month via direct debit for September 2021. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The offer is promoted by Bannatyne Fitness Limited of Power House, Darlington, Co. Durham, DL1 1ST and is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.
