Terms & Conditions - 8th - 13th June 2021

Members who join participating clubs online or in-club before midnight 13th June 2021 will be entitled to the following offer:

50% off joining fee and 50% off June subscription.

The participating clubs are all Bannatyne Health Clubs nationally, excluding Millbank and Tower 42.

Eligible members who select a 1 or 12-month direct debit membership shall have the joining fee and June subscriptions reduced by 50%. On joining, the member will pay half the joining fee and half of the June pro rata upfront.

If you join on a 12-month membership and cancel your membership within the first 12 months, you shall be liable for any fees that were waived as part of this offer. Such fees will be deducted from any monies returned to you or, if none are due, we reserve the right to request that you repay such fees owed on demand.

If you join on a 1-month membership, the earliest you may end the contract between us is by providing 1 full calendar months’ notice on July 1st. You must complete a full paying month via direct debit for July 2021.

This offer is not available on pre-pay options. However should you take out this option you will receive 50% off the joining fee and your 13th month for free.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The offer is promoted by Bannatyne Fitness Limited of Power House, Darlington, Co. Durham, DL1 1ST and is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.

By taking up the offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All members will also be bound by the membership terms and conditions and the club rules.
