Terms and Conditions - 50% off the Joining Fee, March Free & 30% off April - 12th March 2024

The participating clubs are: Darlington, Durham, Eastbourne, Inverness, Maida Vale, Shrewsbury and Skelmersdale.

Members who join participating clubs online or in-club before midnight on 24th March 2024 will be entitled to the following offer:

Eligible members who select a 12-month direct debit membership shall have the joining fee reduced by 50%, March 2024 subscriptions waived in full and April 2024 subscriptions reduced by 30%.

On joining via direct debit, the member will pay 50% of the joining fee. Thereafter on direct debit options, the membership fees for April 2024 onwards will be collected by monthly direct debit. The offer is available to all 12-month direct debit options only.

If you join on a shorter-term membership, you will be entitled to 50% off the Joining Fee.  Eligible members joining on Prepaid options will receive No joining fee.

If you join on a 12-month membership and cancel your membership within the first 12 months, you shall be liable for any fees that were waived as part of this offer. Such fees will be deducted from any monies returned to you or, if none are due, we reserve the right to request that you repay such fees owed on demand. If you join on a 1-month membership, (where applicable) the earliest you may end the contract between us is by providing 1 full calendar month’s notice on 1st April 2024.

If you join on a 3-month membership, you must also ensure you provide 1 full calendar month’s notice should you decide to cancel your membership. After your first 3 months, your direct debit will continue to be claimed until this notice has been received.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The offer is promoted by Bannatyne Fitness Limited of Power House, Darlington, Co. Durham, DL1 1ST and is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.

By taking up the offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All members will also be bound by the membership terms and conditions and the club rules.
