The competition starts at 00:01 on 1st July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31st August 2026. Entrants must be 18 years or over and be UK resident. The main winner and 5 runner-up will be drawn at random from all eligible entries by an independent person at Bannatyne Head Office, Darlington on or after 1st September 2026 and the winners will be contacted thereafter. If a winner does not respond within 30 days of being contacted, Bannatyne reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Terms & Conditions:
Prize package is for 3 adults, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission;
Travel allowance provided to the value of £200 GBP total, to be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account;
Accommodation is based on 3 adults sharing a triple occupancy room at a 4-star hotel in Cornwall, with breakfast;
Accommodation does not include any other meals, incidentals, gratuities, telephone calls, or any other personal expenses incurred during the trip, these will be the responsibility of the Recipients;
A credit or debit card for incidentals may be requested by the accommodation at check in and therefore at least one of the Recipients must possess and travel with a valid credit card; Accommodation will be selected by Element London Ltd at their sole discretion;
Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification and all travel must be completed within that time;
Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure;
Once booked no changes to the itinerary will be permitted;
Prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year), Easter Sunday or UK Public Holidays;
Any necessary insurance is the responsibility of the winner and guests;
The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package; Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available;
The prize package inclusions are subject to availability, where any of the stated inclusions are unavailable, Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value;
If winner is unable to participate in any of the stated activities then Element London Ltd will offer suitable alternatives of equal value, alternative activities will be determined by prize provider at their sole discretion; If winner chooses to forfeit any activities, then no alternatives will be provided;
For the sauna session, the minimum age limit is 10 years, any participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult;

The minimum age for the spa day is 18 years, not all treatments may be suitable for pregnant women;
