Refer a friend terms and conditions April 2022

To enter this competition, you must be an existing Bannatyne member and refer a friend to join a Bannatyne health club in April 2022. A successful friend referral, which will gain you one entry to the competition, shall be deemed to be when your friend joins a Bannatyne health club online, (either using the Join Online terminal in-club accompanied by you, or remotely via the Bannatyne website) during April 2022. To do this, your friend must enter your email address registered to your Bannatyne account into the “Member Referral” section of the online application form. 

Friends must be aged 16 or over and there is no limit as to the number of friends you may successfully refer. As a result, you may enter this competition an unlimited number of times. Your friend must still be a live member at 30th April 2022 in order for you to receive an entry to the competition.

The competition commences at 00:01 on 1st April 2022 and closes at 23.59 hrs on 30th April 2022.

This competition is only available to members of participating Bannatyne Health Clubs and is not available to non-members or guests. 

The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries verified by an independent person at Bannatyne Head Office, Darlington on or after 1st May 2022 and the winner will be notified by phone or email thereafter. One prize is available nationwide. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time or does not meet the eligibility requirements (or these terms and conditions), it may result in forfeiture of the prize (without further liability to that entrant) and a new winner will be drawn. The name of the winner(s) will also be made available on request in writing to Bannatyne Head Office, Power House, Haughton Road, Darlington, Co Durham DL1 1ST.

Entrants must be 18 years or over. One entry per friend joined. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged. Incomplete, damaged or illegible entries, or those entries that are not in accordance with these terms will be disqualified. Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over.

The winner agrees to participate in reasonable post-competition publicity, which may include publication of his/her name and photos on Bannatyne marketing, social media, Bannatyne’s website or other marketing literature. By entering, you acknowledge that Bannatyne will use your data in this way.

Entry to the competition constitutes the entrant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions and their agreement to be bound by them. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, then entrants should not enter this competition. Any winner will also be bound by the club rules. Bannatyne reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the prize at any time. If there is any dispute about an entry or any other aspect of the competition, this will be decided by Bannatyne. Bannatyne’s decisions in relation to this competition (whether or not covered by these terms and conditions) shall, once made, be final and binding. No further correspondence will be entered into.
