Competition
The competition commences at 00:01 on 1 March 2022 and closes at 23.59 hrs on 30 April 2022. This competition is only available to members of participating Bannatyne Health Clubs and is not available to non-members or guests. The participating Bannatyne Health Clubs/regions are:
South West and London region: Brindley, Chingford, Orpington
Central region: Chafford Hundred
North East region: Coulby Newham, Darlington, Kingsford Park
North and East region: Cookridge
Scotland region: Dunfermline, Edinburgh, Perth
Central region: Luton, Mansfield, Rotherham
North West region: Manchester Quay Street
South East region: Weybridge.
Entries
Entrants must be 18 years or over. One entry per qualifying purchase made. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged. Incomplete, damaged or illegible entries, or those entries that are not in accordance with these terms will be disqualified.
Prize
There are twenty prizes available. Each prize is a one of ten MyZone MZ-Switch heart rate monitors or one of ten Optimum Nutrition bundles. The total prize value is £140 for each MyZone Switch prize, and £250 for each Optimum Nutrition prize. There are no cash equivalent prizes and the prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. The prizes must be collected from your Club’s reception desk by 31 May 2022. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
Winners
One winner will be selected from each of the eight participating regions and the remaining twelve prizes will be available to winners from all participating clubs combined. The winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries verified by an independent person at Bannatyne Head Office, Darlington on or after 1 May 2022 and will be notified by phone or email thereafter. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time or does not meet the eligibility requirements (or these terms and conditions), it may result in forfeiture of the prize (without further liability to that entrant) and a new winner will be drawn. The name of the winner(s) will also be made available on request in writing to Bannatyne Head Office, Power House, Haughton Road, Darlington, Co Durham DL1 1ST. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable post-competition publicity, which may include publication of his/her name and photos on Bannatyne marketing, social media, Bannatyne’s website or other marketing literature. By entering, you acknowledge that Bannatyne will use your data in this way.
Terms and Promoter
Entry to the competition constitutes the entrant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions and their agreement to be bound by them. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, then entrants should not enter this competition. Any winner will also be bound by the club rules. Bannatyne reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the prizes at any time. If there is any dispute about an entry or any other aspect of the competition, this will be decided by Bannatyne. Bannatyne’s decisions in relation to this competition (whether or not covered by these terms and conditions) shall, once made, be final and binding. No further correspondence will be entered into.
The competition is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.
