NO JOINING FEE TERMS & CONDITIONS - 20th - 23rd SEPTEMBER 2021

The following offer is available nationwide, EXCLUDING the following clubs:

Broadstairs, Colchester - Kingsford Park, Chingford, Crewe, Fairfield, Dunfermline Newcraighall and Stepps

Members who join online or in-club before 23:59 on 23rd September 2021 will be entitled to the offer set out below.

Eligible members who select a 1-month or 12-month membership shall have the joining fee waived in full.

On joining, the member will therefore pay the following fees up front:

The pro rata membership fee in respect of September 2021 subscriptions upfront or full year’s membership fees (for 12-month pre paid memberships)

Thereafter on direct debit options, the membership fees for October 2021 onwards will be collected by monthly direct debit.

The offer is available to all types of membership (except corporate memberships), to 1-month or 12-month memberships (annual pre-pay and month direct debit options).

If you take advantage of this offer on a selected 1 month membership, the earliest you may end the contract between us is by providing 1 full calendar months’ notice on or after 1st October 2021

If you join on a 12-month membership and cancel your membership within the first 12 months, you shall be liable for any fees that were waived as part of this offer. Such fees will be deducted from any monies returned to you or, if none are due, we reserve the right to request that you repay such fees owed on demand.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The offer is promoted by Bannatyne Fitness Limited of Power House, Darlington, Co. Durham, DL1 1ST and is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.

By taking up the offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All members will also be bound by the membership terms and conditions and the club rules.
