MEMBER NOTICE NOVEMBER 2020 - CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

What are the changes?

Please note that, with effect from 23 December 2020, the Terms and Conditions of Membership will be changing in two ways:

1. The method of contacting Bannatyne will no longer be possible via telephone. You may still email customer services, complete a feedback form or write to us at our registered address; and
2. We have signposted the website page which sets out which times certain members can access the Health Club.

 

When will these changes take effect?

The changes will take effect from 23 December 2020.

 

How will the changes impact me?

It is not anticipated that there will be any impact on our members.
