March Free Terms & Conditions February 2019

Members who join online or in-club before 23:59 on 28th February 2019 will be entitled to the offer set out below.

12 month options:

No Joining Fee & Receive March free!

Eligible members who select a 12-month membership shall have the joining fee and March membership fees waived in full. On joining, the member will therefore pay the following fees up front:

Applicable pro rata membership fee in respect of February 2019. Thereafter, the membership fees for April 2019 onward will be collected by monthly direct debit.

1 month options:
(Blackpool & Manchester clubs only have the 1 month option, therefore are offering the below only)

NB: Excludes Birmingham Priory which has a no joining fee only promotion.

Members opting for a 1 month shall have March membership fees waived in full. On joining, the member will therefore pay the following fees up front:

Applicable joining fee and pro rata membership fee in respect of February 2019. You must complete a full paying month via direct debit April 1st and can cancel May 1st onward with a full calendar months notice.

This offer is only available to members who pay by monthly direct debit and is not available for 12-month memberships where payment is made in full in advance. If you join on a 12-month membership and cancel your membership within the first 12 months, you shall be liable for any fees that were waived as part of this offer. Such fees will be deducted from any monies returned to you or, if none are due, we reserve the right to request that you repay such fees owed on demand.

The offer is available to all types of membership excluding corporate memberships, to 1-month or 12-month memberships (monthly direct debit only) and are available at all Bannatyne health clubs.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The offer is promoted by Bannatyne Fitness Limited of Power House, Darlington, Co. Durham, DL1 1ST. The promotion is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.

By taking up the offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All members will also be bound by the membership terms and conditions and the club rules.
