Manchester & Blackpool No Joining Fee Terms & Conditions - 1st - 24th November 19

Members who join participating clubs online, in-club or on the phone between 1st November 2019 and 23:59 on 24th November 2019 will be entitled to the following offer:
No Joining Fee!
Eligible members who select a 1 or 12-month membership shall have the joining fee waived in full. On joining, the member will therefore pay the following fees up front:
the pro rata membership fee in respect of November 2019 Fees; or the full year’s membership fees (for 12-month memberships).
For 1 or 12 month direct debit memberships, the membership fees for December 2019 onwards will be collected by monthly direct debit.
The offer is available to all types of membership (except corporate memberships) and to 1-month or 12-month memberships (annual pre-pay and month direct debit options). The participating clubs are Manchester Chepstow St, Manchester Quay St, Manchester Whitworth St and Blackpool only.
If you join on a 12-month membership and cancel your membership within the first 12 months, you shall be liable for any fees that were waived as part of this offer. Such fees will be deducted from any monies returned to you or, if none are due, we reserve the right to request that you repay such fees owed on demand. If you join on a 1-month membership, the earliest you may end the contract between us is by providing 1 full calendar months’ notice on or after 1 December
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The offer is promoted by Bannatyne Fitness Limited of Power House, Darlington, Co. Durham, DL1 1ST and is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.
By taking up the offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All members will also be bound by the membership terms and conditions and the club rules.
