TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Prize packages for 2 people are for 2 adults, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
• At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over; Anyone under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel;
• Economy flights from major international airports in London only (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to New York City, USA; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion;
• Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and London departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s;
• Return airport transfers in New York City are included;
• A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation;
• Accommodation is based on 2 adults sharing one double occupancy room at a 4-star hotel in New York City;
• Accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion;
• Accommodation for the Recipients does not include any meals, incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the Recipients;
• Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companions to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companions are aged 70 or over;
• The prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas (including ESTA), personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
• All elements of the prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion;
• Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure;
• All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time;
• Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled;
• Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available;
• All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;
• The prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year), over UK public holidays, or over Easter Sunday;
• Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time;
• Winner and guest will be provided with $200 USD each for the shopping experience, funds will be sent via bank transfer to the winner and guest’s nominated account, recipient of funds much be aged 18 or over;
• The stunt experience will be tailored to the individual participant’s age and ability, any relevant underlying health conditions should be disclosed upon booking;
• For the virtual reality experience, the maximum weight is 250lbs, all participants must be able to reach the pedals to participate, all children must be accompanied by an adult; it is not recommended for those who are pregnant and it may not be suitable for those with photo-sensitive epilepsy;
• For the escape room, all children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult;
• Dinner at the specified restaurant is provided to the value of $200 USD, including tax and gratuity;
• NYC metro cards are provided for the duration of the winner and guest’s 5 night trip;
• Prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines and COVID-19 rules and restrictions in place at the time of travel; The arrangement and additional costs for any COVID-19 related expenses that may be incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner and guests;
