Entrants must be 18 years or over and be UK resident. Only one entry permitted per person. We shall reserve the right to disqualify any entry if, in our reasonable opinion, we believe that the entrant has submitted an excessive number of entries. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged. Incomplete, damaged, inappropriate or illegible entries, or those entries that are not in accordance with these terms will be disqualified.
The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries by an independent person at Bannatyne Head Office, Darlington on or after 1st June 2021 and the winner will be contacted thereafter. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, or the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements (or these terms and conditions), it may result in forfeiture of the prize (without further liability to that entrant) and a new winner will be drawn. The name of the winner will also be made available on request in writing to Legal Department, Bannatyne Fitness Limited, Power House, Haughton Road, Darlington, DL1 1ST. One prize available.
The prizes available are the following. An afternoon tea for 4 people with a bottle of prosecco at Bannatyne Hotel darlington. A Spa stay for two with two 25 minute treatments, a nights stay and breakfast for two at Bannatyne Resort Durham. A blissful Spa Break for two at Charlton House hotel*, or finally Hire of the Summer House, a Glass of Champagne on arrival, 3 course meal for 4 people and a bottle of wine at bannatyne Hotel hastings. Other alcoholic beverages are not included. The winner is responsible for any additional expenses incurred. There is no cash equivalent prize, the prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and only one prize is available. A prize cannot be used as part-payment towards any other Bannatyne services. and is subject to availability.
*The Blissful Spa Break includes an overnight stay in a standard room for 2 people, breakfast, an evening meal and a 25 minute treatment per person
Entry to the competition constitutes the entrant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions and his/her agreement to be bound by them. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, then entrants should not enter this competition. Bannatyne reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the prize at any time. If there is any dispute about an entry or any other aspect of the competition, this will be decided by Bannatyne. Bannatyne’s decisions in relation this competition (whether or not covered by these terms and conditions) shall, once made, be final and binding. No further correspondence will be entered into.
The competition is not open to employees of The Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.
