A bit about me

I qualified as a Premier Personal Trainer after an extensive career in marketing in publishing and as an air stewardess. I combine my advanced knowledge in sports massage, nutrition and postural analysis into training while continually improving and developing my skills. 

I am charming, friendly, motivational and my patient approach will help you in achieving your goals. I am passionate about health and fitness and eager in keeping up to date with the latest training methods. A qualified NASM corrective exercise specialist, I train with functional techniques as well as tried and tested methods. I am an experienced trainer with 15+ years in the industry, and compete in 10km races and have run regularly over the last 10+ years.
