I originally found my passion for fitness in 2006 when I took up athletics. I specialised in the 400m hurdles which I ranked top 25 in the UK for 2014 and 2015. I have competed at a national level across the UK also competing at the London Olympic Stadium in 2012. I have coached and trained varying fitness levels some who are now Under 20 European champions, GB representatives and work within the Armed forces!
I have come across various conditions from Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetes, Obesity, Anorexia, Pregnancy, Heart conditions, Spondylolisthesis, Repetitive strain injury, hypermobility, Anxiety and Down syndrome. Everyone benefits from regular massage treatments. I can aid in releasing muscle tension, scar tissue or recovery post gym / sports training which aids swift recovery.
