Sport has always been a major part of my life and as the years went by, I turned that interest into fitness specifically. I have studied sport, fitness & wellbeing for over 8 years and still continue to do so.
I have become a personal trainer to help people towards their personal goals. It is my belief that fitness is not just about the end goal but the enjoyment of getting there too. I have always been very dedicated and motivated to feel the best in myself, and it is because of those attributes that I know I can push you to do the same.
