I'm a specialist in body fat burning and muscular toning; I focus on my client's diet as well as their training, in addition to this I take into consideration how my clients are feeling as well as how they respond to the diet plan & training routines i tailor for them. I also give referrals to my clients if there is something outside my profession I cannot help them with, but more importantly I'll always take the time to analyze what will work best for my clients individually! I also focus on strength and posture.

As an Advanced Personal Trainer & Nutritionist I specialise in weight loss and building quality toned muscle for you as a individual. I take the time to study and introduce better methods & habits to help you live a healthier lifestyle and look the best you can be! 

Through my experience of being a Personal Trainer & Senior Fitness Advisor for 4 years in a Health Club & Group Exercise environment, I have great knowledge and patience when it comes to understanding my clients and how their bodies work. Everything I do is tailored to the individuality of my client, from your diet plan to your training programme. My clients are top priority, so what I offer is 24/7 email access, coaching throughout and weekly check-ins so that we can reach your goal together.

Some examples of my clients training results have been; 3-6 Stone weight loss changes, building their strength to be able to lift 200kg to 260kg from 100kg-180kg.

One of my most proudest and amazing client achievement is when one particular client improved her fitness levels and achieved her weight loss goals to such a level that she was finally healthy and fit enough to become after a long period of trying - she even made the newspaper
