A bit about me

Changing your physique takes time, so make sure you are ready to work hard, be consistent, patient and in it for the long run! 

I ensure that you (the client) are focusing on technique, nutrition, and progressive overload. Whilst focusing on these 3 main factors, a big factor for me also to include when training someone, is to improve their mental approach towards training, everyday life, or just gaining the confidence to start coming to the gym for the first time. This for me is as important as the physical side.
