A bit about me

I’ve been interested in fitness and martial arts for as long as I can remember. 

After achieving a black belt in Kickboxing I wanted to learn more reality- based Self defence what to do in an attack situation. 

2 years of training I qualified as a Self defence instructor. My main training consisted of Greco- roman wrestling, MMA, pressure points, brazilian jitsu and military style fitness.

I ve been teaching self defence for almost 4 years now. I wanted to go into fitness and motivate people with their goals - whether it's weight loss, toning up or building stamina. 

I passed my Level 2 Gym instructor now currently doing my level 3 Personal training and nutrition. I will also be doing my level 4 and GP referral in January 2018.
