B:Matched Group Cycle
When you take part in a B:Matched class, you’ll see live feedback on the screen throughout the class and an accuracy score at the end of the workout. As you learn to understand how your heart rate responds to the workout, you learn where you can push harder and where you need to pull back in order to improve on your accuracy score.
We work in partnership with the world-leading group fitness brand Les Mills to provide you with a whole range of fantastic exercise classes taught by our Bannatyne professionals. We have everything Les Mills from BodyCombat to RPM, BodyAttack to CX Worx. Virtual classes are also available at selected clubs for the ultimate convenience, with both scheduled and ‘on-demand’ slots available to suit you.

One of the most ancient forms of exercise, Yoga is a gentle practice employing precision exercises, breathing & relaxation as a means of enhancing the union of the mind & body. Benefits include toning muscles, increases flexibility, stimulating the nervous system and helping to correct postural imbalances.
Whatever your yoga style, we offer Ashtanga, Hatha, beginners and intermediate classes at selected clubs, so you can choose one that suits you.
Join in the fun in this fabulous water-based workout designed to suit all abilities. A total body workout incorporating equipment such as noodles and aqua gloves for added resistance against the water, this class will leave you feeling like you have worked hard whilst increasing your energy levels.
Aqua aerobics, aqua tai chi and aqua care for seniors are also available at selected clubs, offering a fantastic selection of low intensity water based workouts to suit all abilities.
