Personal training for me is about empowering anyone to achieve their own goals in fitness and health. The principle is to deliver a sustainable training plan and lifestyle changes with activities such as functional training (weights, circuits and core training) and yoga.
I am also focused on healthy eating and can provide a 30-day Detox plan if required which has seen excellent results for many members.
