I have been in the Fitness industry now for 2 years but my journey began in my early 30's when I initially discovered running. I loved the challenge of running in 10k and half marathons. Looking for more, I took to mountain biking, road biking, swimming and exercise classes, which is where the love for fitness began.
I believe if you have fun have and an open mind to exercise, there is something for everyone, no matter what level of fitness you are or where you are on your fitness journey. Through studying, I learned the importance of strength training and its benefits. I love coaching and seeing the progression in my clients. By training safely and progressing at your own pace, everyone can conquer their own goals. For many, the gym can be a daunting place but with a friendly and professional approach I like to build confidence and knowledge for clients so that they can continue on their own fitness journey.
