A bit about me

Starting at school as a long distance runner/swimmer and not obviously part of Junior GB Judo squad, I've had a long interest in health & fitness. After a career in Sales, Management and Customer Service, I was lucky enough to be able to start a career in the fitness industry (credit crunch / made redundant.....) 

It's the best thing that happened to me! The hours are long, however very rewarding for me but most importantly the clients I train. To be able to see the change that I contribute towards in people's lives is fantastic.
