A bit about me

My passion for health and fitness began through being a competitive distance runner in my late teens. I therefore decided to complete a degree in sport, health, exercise and nutrition.

On completing my degree I moved to Birmingham and set up as a personal trainer. I've also completed a 3 year course in Nutritional Therapy, giving me the opportunity to offer my clients nutrition advice/diet plans as well as help individuals with various health issues such as irritable bowel syndrome, unexplained fatigue and poor sleep. 

I live a balanced lifestyle and don't live in a 'fitness bubble' like many people in the industry. Therefore I can provide you with training sessions,programmes and diet plans that can fit into the most hectic of lifestyles. You can expect a professional service, to be treated as an individual and guaranteed a 'no-nonsense' no gimmicks approach to health and fitness which gets results!
