The sport and fitness industry holds a significant importance in my life and has been the field I've strived towards from school / early age. My University studies and voluntary experiences in Coaching as well as sport and fitness have been a massive inspiration for pursuing a career in Personal Training.
My goal is to help and improve people's lives and guide them towards a healthier and less sedentary lifestyle; by performing an effective balance of controlled training methods and healthy nutritional advice.
I find it very rewarding helping people improve their abilities in health and fitness and raising their self-esteem by sharing my passion and knowledge of sport, fitness & nutrition.
