Members who join participating clubs online or in-club before midnight 15th December 2019 will be entitled to the following offer:

Eligible members who select a 1 or 12-month direct debit membership shall have December subscriptions waived in full. On joining, the member will therefore pay the joining fee up front

For 1 or 12 month direct debit memberships, the membership fees for January 2019 onward, will be collected by monthly direct debit. The offer is available to all types of membership (except corporate and prepay memberships.)

If you join on a 12-month membership and cancel your membership within the first 12 months, you shall be liable for any fees that were waived as part of this offer. Such fees will be deducted from any monies returned to you or, if none are due, we reserve the right to request that you repay such fees owed on demand.

If you join on a 1-month membership, the earliest you may end the contract between us is by providing 1 full calendar months’ notice. You must complete a full paying month via direct debit January 1st 2020 and can cancel February 1st 2020 onward with a full calendar months notice. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The offer is promoted by Bannatyne Fitness Limited of Power House, Darlington, Co. Durham, DL1 1ST and is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.

By taking up the offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All members will also be bound by the membership terms and conditions and the club rules.
