Wedding Showcase Competition – September 2022- Terms and Conditions
To enter this competition, you must like the Bannatyne Hotel Darlington Instagram and Facebook page and tag an engaged friend in the comment section on the competition post.
The competition commences at 00:01 on Monday 3rd October and closes at 23:59 hrs on Monday 17th October 2022.
The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries verified by an independent person at Bannatyne Head Office, Darlington on or after Tuesday 18th October 2022 and the winners will be notified by phone or email thereafter. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time or does not meet the eligibility requirements (or these terms and conditions), it may result in forfeiture of the prize (without further liability to that entrant) and a new winner will be drawn. The name of the winner(s) will also be made available on request in writing to Bannatyne Head Office, Power House, Haughton Road, Darlington, Co Durham DL1 1ST.
Entrants must be 18 years or over. One entry per person. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged. Incomplete, damaged or illegible entries, or those entries that are not in accordance with these terms will be disqualified.
The prize is a Prosecco Afternoon Tea for 4 people at Bannatyne Hotel Darlington. The full menu is here and includes 1 glass of prosecco per person. There are no cash equivalent prizes and the prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. No purchase necessary. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
The prizes must be redeemed by 31st December 2022. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable post-competition publicity, which may include publication of his/her name and photos on Bannatyne marketing, social media, Bannatyne’s website or other marketing literature. By entering, you acknowledge that Bannatyne will use your data in this way.
The participating Bannatyne Hotel is Bannatyne Hotel Darlington only. Entry to the competition constitutes the entrant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions and their agreement to be bound by them. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, then entrants should not enter this competition. Any winner will also be bound by the club rules. Bannatyne reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the prizes at any time. If there is any dispute about an entry or any other aspect of the competition, this will be decided by Bannatyne. Bannatyne’s decisions in relation to this competition (whether or not covered by these terms and conditions) shall, once made, be final and binding. No further correspondence will be entered into.
The competition is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.
