The promoters of this competition are Bannatyne Fitness Limited, Power House, Haughton Road, Darlington, Co Durham DL1 1ST with registered company number 03287770 03271621(“Bannatyne”) Experience More Limited (“Buyagift”) a company registered in England and Wales with company number 03883868 with registered office address 10 Back Hill, London, England, EC1R 5EN. (the “Promoters”)
To enter this competition, you must 1) Like the competition Instagram post 2) Follow @buyagift and @thebannatynegroup on Instagram 3) Tag someone with a September birthday in the comments below the competition Instagram post. This competition is only available for entry via Instagram, it will not be run across other social platforms or websites.
The competition commences at 00:01 on 01/09/2024 and closes at 23.59 hrs on 28/09/24
The winner will be selected by a random number generator from all eligible entries and verified by an independent person at Buyagift on or after 29/09/24 and the winners will be notified by phone or email thereafter.
If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time or does not meet the eligibility requirements (or these terms and conditions), it may result in forfeiture of the prize (without further liability to that entrant) and a new winner will be drawn.
The Promoters are required by the ASA to indicate a valid award took place. By entering into the competition, the participant acknowledges that the Promoters might publish their social media account details on the Promoter’s social media pages should they win the prize. If the the winner objects to any or all of their name, their social media details and/or winning entry being published, the winner must contact Buyagift via private message on Buyagift’s social media page as soon as it receives the prize notification or via email to Daniella.Albert@buyagift.com. Notwithstanding the above, the Promoters must still provide the information and details of the winning entry and winner to the ASA or any other regulatory body on request.
Entrants must be 18 years or over and based in the UK. One entry per person. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged. Incomplete, damaged or illegible entries, or those entries that are not in accordance with these terms will be disqualified.
The prize is a Spa Day with Three Treatments and Lunch for Two. The total prize value is £287.00. There are no cash equivalent prizes and the prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. No purchase necessary. Items not included which are the responsibility of the winner when redeeming the prize are: travel costs, and all other costs not mentioned herein.
The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
Bannatyne accepts sole responsibility and liability for the provision of the prize.
The prizes must be redeemed by 30/09/2025. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable post-competition publicity, which may include publication of his/her name and photos on Bannatyne marketing, social media, Bannatyne’s website or other marketing literature. By entering, you acknowledge that Bannatyne will use your data in this way.
Entry to the competition constitutes the entrant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions and their agreement to be bound by them. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, then entrants should not enter this competition. Any winner will also be bound by the club rules. Bannatyne reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the prizes at any time. If there is any dispute about an entry or any other aspect of the competition, this will be decided by Bannatyne and/or Buyagift. Bannatyne and Buyagift’s decisions in relation to this competition (whether or not covered by these terms and conditions) shall, once made, be final and binding. No further correspondence will be entered into.

The competition is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group and Experience More Limited (including their subsidiaries and affiliate companies) or their immediate family members.
Any notices required to be given in relation to this competition should be sent by post to Bannatyne’s registered office address.
Insofar as is permitted by law, Buyagift, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, particularly when it is caused by negligence, wilful misconduct or concealment of information by the winner. This does not apply where loss, damage, personal injury or death is caused by the negligence of Buyagift, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
