Well done to Paul, a member of our Tamworth Health Club on his weight loss journey. Paul started his plan 12 weeks ago with personal trainer Ksenia, when he weighed 96kg, with overall body fat at 29%.
Paul, who is busy running his own business, stuck to his fitness plan, finding the time to train six days a week. His initial plan was to reduce body fat while increasingmuscle mass.
After 12 weeks Paul had reduced his weight to 20kg and managed to achieve an overall body fat of 8.3kg.
Well done Paul for those amazing results!! Keep up the hard work and determination.
