Rosie, a member at our Aberdeen health club, has shared her views on our range of classes.
"I use to come to Bannatyne’s before, but when the pandemic happened I had a health issue, and I started working from home. I had put on a lot of weight, and I was struggling to get back in the habit again. But when I had started this new diet plan, it was my full intention to come back to my gym.
I always loved attending classes, I don’t like the gym machines much. Before the pandemic my favourite class was Body Pump, still is, but now my top class is Body Attack - Duncan and Julie are amazing, wonderful, highly motivated instructors, who have helped me to achieve my goals in this class. I can’t thank them enough and they come highly recommended. My other favourite class has to be Body Pump - Jade and Louise are the most amazing, wonderful and highly motivated instructors. They both are helping me to achieve my goals. I also love the quick class that Jade or Briony do on Thursdays which is Grit Strength. Recently I started going to Body Combat every Tuesday, I love it so much now, Lisa is amazing! All your class instructors/trainers are so good, I can’t thank them enough, they are all lovely and do everything in their power to make us feel so good in their classes.
"Since starting my weight loss journey, I weighed 117.3kgs (18.47 Stones) and now I weigh 89.6kgs (14.10 Stones). I have lost 27.7kgs (4.4 Stones) and 13 inches from my waist in 17 weeks. So so happy with this weight loss and I am not stopping now, I will continue with my diet plan and also with the classes."
We are so proud of what Rosie has achieved at the club and can't wait to see her improving on her results! Well done Rosie!
