Catherine, a member at our Ingleby Barwick health club has completed a 6-week Fuel Smart course.
The Fuel Smart course is a weight management programme focused on creating the right balance with food and the effective way to work out for your body. It encourages those interested to make positive changes with their relationships with food and exercise so they can form good habits that should last a lifetime.
Catherine completed the Fuel Smart course has lost almost 5kg in weight. She increased her muscle mass by 1kg whilst simultaneously dropping her body weight by 4%.
She gained a lot of nutritional knowledge and information to ensure that she can now make healthier choices with her eating habits.
Catherine attended weekly group sessions at the health club which encouraged her to feel motivated and share experiences with others completing the course.
