Falkirk Spa named Best Spa in Scotland for third consecutive year

Falkirk Spa named Best Spa in Scotland for third consecutive year

The Spa at Bannatyne Health Club & Spa in Falkirk has been named Best Spa in Scotland at the Scotland Business Awards, marking its third consecutive national win.

The awards ceremony was held at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Glasgow, celebrating outstanding businesses that demonstrate exceptional customer service, innovation and excellence in their sector.

The Scotland Business Awards recognise local and national businesses across a range of industries. Winners are chosen through a combination of public vote and independent judging.

The spa offers a comprehensive range of wellness and beauty treatments, as well as spa days that include access to the health club’s full facilities, including the swimming pool, sauna and steam room, making it a destination for relaxation, recovery and wellbeing.

Duncan Bannatyne, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Bannatyne Group, said: “This is an incredible achievement by the Falkirk spa team. To win Best Spa in Scotland for the third year in a row is testament to their dedication to wellbeing, professionalism and outstanding customer care.

“What makes this team stand out is not only the quality of their treatments, but their commitment to continually developing their skills to enhance the wellness experience for every guest. Gemma and her team should be extremely proud of the culture they have built, one that focuses on care, consistency and excellence.”

Gemma McGregor, Spa Manager at Bannatyne Falkirk, added: “To be named Best Spa in Scotland is something truly special, and seeing our Falkirk team achieve a third consecutive national win feels surreal beyond words.

“The continued support from Bannatyne and the genuine investment in our therapists’ growth play such a key part in our success, and it truly shows in the confidence and care our team delivers every single day. Every therapist, every treatment, every act of care and kindness has shaped this journey.

“What makes this award even more meaningful is the shared practice and collaboration that flows between colleges and our team, including Inverness UHI, Forth Valley College, City of Glasgow College, West Lothian College and New College Lanarkshire Cumbernauld. Each brings their own strengths and perspectives to the spa experience.

“We’re excited to carry this momentum forward and continue raising the standard for spa excellence across Scotland.”

Alongside Gemma, the award-winning team includes spa therapists Jade Manson, Jade McKinlay, Jodie Falconer, Sarah Gibson, Leah Gibson, Leea MaGuire, Ella MacMillan, Caty Meney, Kate Molloy, Rachel Smith and Huba Ahmed.
