Terms and conditions – Les Mills Body Combat Competition - Saturday 19 September 2020
To enter, post an image of yourself on Instagram using the tag #bannatyneunited. The competition closes at 23:59 on 19 September 2020, posts need to have been published by this time. Entrants must be 18 years or over. Only one entry permitted per person. We shall reserve the right to disqualify any entry if, in our reasonable opinion, we believe that the entrant has submitted an excessive number of entries. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged. Incomplete, damaged, inappropriate or illegible entries, or those entries that are not in accordance with these terms will be disqualified.
The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries by an independent person at Bannatyne Head Office, Darlington on or after 21st September 2020 and the winner will be contacted thereafter. If the winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, or the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements (or these terms and conditions), it may result in forfeiture of the prize (without further liability to that entrant) and a new winner will be drawn. The names of the winner will also be made available on request in writing to Legal Department, Bannatyne Fitness Limited, Power House, Haughton Road, Darlington, DL1 1ST.
The prize available is a hamper containing 1 x MyZone Belt, 1 x Reebok Cap and 1 x Grenade Hamper (containing 1x Case Peanut Nutter Bars, 1x Case Birthday Cake Bars, 1x Case Billionaires Reload Bars, 1x Case Chocolate Mint 330ml Drink and 1x Case Energy Drink ). There is no cash equivalent prize, the prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and only one prize is available. A prize cannot be used as part-payment towards any other Bannatyne services. The value of a prize will not exceed £272.60. No purchase necessary.
Entry to the competition constitutes the entrant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions and his/her agreement to be bound by them. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, then entrants should not enter this competition. Bannatyne reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the prize at any time. If there is any dispute about an entry or any other aspect of the competition, this will be decided by Bannatyne. Bannatyne’s decisions in relation this competition (whether or not covered by these terms and conditions) shall, once made, be final and binding. No further correspondence will be entered into.
The competition is not open to employees of The Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.
