Bannatyne Hotel Darlington - Win Afternoon Tea Competition – April 2022 - Terms and Conditions
To enter this competition, you must like the Bannatyne Hotel Darlington Instagram and Facebook pages, and also tag the 3 people you would bring with you in the competition post.
The competition commences at 00:01 on Wednesday 6th April 2022 and closes at 23.59 hrs on Wednesday 13th April 2022.
The winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries verified by an independent person at Bannatyne Head Office, Darlington on or after Thursday 14th April 2022 and the winners will be notified by phone or email thereafter. 1 prize is available per participating Bannatyne Hotel. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time or does not meet the eligibility requirements (or these terms and conditions), it may result in forfeiture of the prize (without further liability to that entrant) and a new winner will be drawn. The name of the winner(s) will also be made available on request in writing to Bannatyne Head Office, Power House, Haughton Road, Darlington, Co Durham DL1 1ST.
Entrants must be 18 years or over. One entry per person. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged. Incomplete, damaged or illegible entries, or those entries that are not in accordance with these terms will be disqualified.
The prize is a set Afternoon Tea for four people. The total prize value is £60. There are no cash equivalent prizes and the prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. No purchase necessary. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. The prize includes the food and drink in the Afternoon Tea set menu and does not include alcohol.
The prizes must be redeemed by Monday 18th April 2022. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable post-competition publicity, which may include publication of his/her name and photos on Bannatyne marketing, social media, Bannatyne’s website or other marketing literature. By entering, you acknowledge that Bannatyne will use your data in this way.

Entry to the competition constitutes the entrant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions and their agreement to be bound by them. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, then entrants should not enter this competition. Any winner will also be bound by the club rules. Bannatyne reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the prizes at any time. If there is any dispute about an entry or any other aspect of the competition, this will be decided by Bannatyne. Bannatyne’s decisions in relation to this competition (whether or not covered by these terms and conditions) shall, once made, be final and binding. No further correspondence will be entered into.
The competition is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.
