No Joining Fee & rest of December free promotion 14th -22nd December 2019.
Members who join online or in-club before 23:59 on 22nd December 2019 will be entitled to the offer set out below;
Eligible members who select a 12-month membership shall have the joining fee & December subscriptions waived in full. On joining, the member will therefore pay £0 fees up front. Thereafter, the membership fees for January 2020 onwards will be collected by monthly direct debit.
Eligible members who select a 1-month membership shall have the joining fee waived in full. On joining the member will therefore pay the following fees up front:
December pro rata subscriptions up front. Thereafter the membership fees for January 2020 onwards will be collected by monthly direct debit.
This offer is only available to members who pay by monthly direct debit. If you join on a 12-month membership and cancel your membership within the first 12 months, you shall be liable for any fees that were waived as part of this offer. Such fees will be deducted from any monies returned to you or, if none are due, we reserve the right to request that you repay such fees owed on demand. If you are on a 1-month membership and wish to take advantage of this offer, the earliest you may end the contract between us is by providing 1 full calendar months’ notice after January 1st direct debit has been claimed.
The offer is available to all types of membership excluding prepay options and corporate memberships.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. The offer is promoted by Bannatyne Fitness Limited of Power House, Darlington, Co. Durham, DL1 1ST. The promotion is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.
