To enter the competition, you need to follow the competition entry requirements as stated in the competition post to win the prize(s) stated in the post. There is a different competition on each of the competition days (13th-24th December 2019 inclusive). You must enter by 23:59 on the day of each competition and follow the specific entry requirements to be entered into the draw.
The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries the day after each competition and the winner(s)’ name(s) will be published on social media. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, or a winner does not meet the eligibility requirements (or these terms and conditions), it may result in forfeiture of the prize (without further liability to that entrant) and a new winner will be drawn. The name of the winners will also be made available on request in writing to Bannatyne Head Office, Power House, Haughton Road, Darlington, Co Durham DL1 1ST. Entrants must be 18 years or older. Only one entry per person. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged. Incomplete, damaged or illegible entries, or those entries that are not in accordance with these terms will be disqualified.
No purchase necessary. A prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. There is no cash equivalent prize and the prize is non-transferable, non-refundable.
The winner agrees to participating in reasonable post-competition publicity, which may include publication of his/her name(s) and photos on Bannatyne marketing, social media, Bannatyne’s website or other marketing literature. By entering, you acknowledge that Bannatyne will use your data in this way. We may need to contact you to obtain your postal address if the prize is to be posted to you. By entering this competition, you agree to us contacting you in this way.
Entry to the competition constitutes the entrant’s acceptance of these terms and conditions and his/her agreement to be bound by them. If these terms and conditions are not accepted in full, then entrants should not enter this competition. If the prize includes entry into a Bannatyne Health Club and/or Spa (such as a health club membership, day pass, spa pass, stay or treatment), any winner will also be bound by the club rules (and for memberships only, the Terms and Conditions of Membership). Bannatyne reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and the prize at any time. If there is any dispute about an entry or any other aspect of the competition, this will be decided by Bannatyne. Bannatyne’s decisions in relation this competition (whether or not covered by these terms and conditions) shall, once made, be final and binding. No further correspondence will be entered into.
The competition is not open to employees of the Bannatyne Group (including its subsidiaries) or their immediate family members.
