B personally trained 60 minutes - Undivided attention from a Team member will be provided to ensure you understand the equipment and technology we have to keep you fit, well and motivated. A 'starter' programme will be produced and given to you, but will need reviewed in the near future to really work toward your goals; so don't forget to re-book with your Advisor at the end of this session!
