Our dedicated studios have been specially designed to maximise light and space to create the perfect atmosphere for your exercise class.
We run over 60 specialised workout classes each week. Push yourself to the limit in one of our group spinning classes in the Cycle Studio, take a fun High Intensity class with some friends, or tone your body in a Pilates class in the Mind & Body Studio. We have a class for everyone.

We are currently investing in the latest Les Mills Smart Tech equipment in every health club nationwide. We have invested £500,000 in both studio and new virtual equipment to give our members the best group exercise experience!

We work in partnership with the world-leading group fitness brand Les Mills to provide you with a whole range of fantastic exercise classes taught by our Bannatyne professionals. We have everything Les Mills from BODYCOMBAT to RPM, BODYBALANCE to CORE. Virtual classes are also available at selected clubs for the ultimate convenience, with both scheduled and ‘on-demand’ slots available to suit you.

B.fiit - CARBON
B:fiit is our BRAND NEW HIIT series!
A simple yet tough workout experience!
This is an 18 minute HIIT workout consisting of 3 rounds, each round has the same 7 bodyweight exercises and a ‘Core Blast’ finisher between each round.
B.fiit - SHIFT
SHIFT is a 20 minute HIIT workout consisting of 5 rounds, each showcasing a pair of movements.
One exercise is performed at a reduced tempo, then another similar exercise is performed at a higher tempo or with more explosiveness.
Each round you are ‘shifting’ your intensity between similar exercise patterns, with each new pattern targeting a different part of the body.
B.fiit - RINSE
RINSE is a 20 minute HIIT workout consisting of 3 rounds.
The first 2 rounds contain different groups of 4 separate exercises performed individually with rest intervals, then back to back without rest.
The 3rd and final round consists of all 8 movements executed in the same way!
So a ‘Rinse and repeat’!
Watch out for the RINSE finisher at the end!
B:fiit - CLIMB
Climb this brutal workout ladder to get 2022 started!
The workout consists of 5 rounds of 30s work and 20s rest adding an extra movement to each round.
Repeat a second time with different exercises followed by a tough core finisher!
One of the most ancient forms of exercise, Yoga is a gentle practice employing precision exercises, breathing & relaxation as a means of enhancing the union of the mind & body. Benefits include toning muscles, increases flexibility, stimulating the nervous system and helping to correct postural imbalances.
Whatever your yoga style, we offer Ashtanga, Hatha, beginners and intermediate classes at selected clubs, so you can choose one that suits you.
Join in the fun in this fabulous water-based workout designed to suit all abilities. A total body workout incorporating equipment such as noodles and aqua gloves for added resistance against the water, this class will leave you feeling like you have worked hard whilst increasing your energy levels.
Aqua aerobics, aqua tai chi and aqua care for seniors are also available at selected clubs, offering a fantastic selection of low intensity water based workouts to suit all abilities.
