A bit about me

Personally I have found exercise very helpful for not only my physical well being but my mental health too. I decided to get into the fitness industry over a decade ago to help others find out just how beneficial exercise can be for general well being,I like to think that I can impart wisdom from my own fitness journey to others. I have a daughter and have successfully lost 3.5 stone post pregnancy so I also have first hand experience of how hard it is to achieve fat loss goals. I take a realistic approach and make my sessions fun and engaging.
